Every person who uses an RB has a chance to grade them based on their personal experience through surveys we provide. The feedback we get puts us in the unique position of knowing who the really good hot dog cart, vending trailer, and food truck builders are. We evaluate the performance of all RBs every month to make sure we recommend you to the best cart, trailer, or food truck builder possible.

Being an RB isn’t a walk in the park. It’s hard work.
RBs must continually earn the right to participate in the program. Each RB goes through a monthly performance review. In addition, every person who uses an RB is encouraged to grade their RB's performance. While RBs do pay a fee to cover website costs (which helps keep your "Hot Dog Cart News" subscription and your "Hot Dog Cart Radio" show free), Steve’s endorsement is never bought — it’s earned. Potential RBs must submit an application and go through an intense approval process to make sure they are capable of providing the high quality equipment and outstanding customer service that you deserve. In other words, RBs are held to a higher standard.
