I wish I would have got this book two years ago when I started my hot dog business. It would have saved me time and some headaches. After being in the business for two years I still learned some valuable tips.
The thing I like about your book is it is real practical information, without a lot of fluff. I think anyone getting into the business should buy this book and read it twice before making any decisions. I would say your book is a blue print for success.

I didn’t know you could have hot dog carts in California. Was there a lot of red tape to get your cart off the ground?
