I'm originally from the Saguenay region in Quebec, and we serve our hot dogs 'all dress' and stuff the buns w/ french fries; The greasier the better. I'm not in the dog cart business yet, but really enjoy reading Steve's site. I'm currently looking for a good location and a cart. So far, everyone has tried to discourage me from going in the dog business.
