I'm in my third month of operation and since I'm limited at the moment to do it when I can I have two locations on Saturdays, one being the farmers market in my hometown and the other in front of my brother's store in Temple, Tx. We took our unbrealla to a local sign shop and had our name screened on four sides. I also made a set of plastic curtians that velcros around the bottom of the cart on the burner end to keep high winds from blowing on the underside of our burners.
