I did think about that. Also they would reach me before the store.

I just have to figure out how to come up with 3 months rent.

Bob,

You won't lose any sales over a nickle. This business is all about convenience.

Offer a combo and no one will care at all.

Well, my other qualms are they want 2 months security deposit. So, I have to come up with $2,160. I have to sell my pop and candy for a nickel more. Just enough for them buy in the store rather from me.

$720 Month!!! divided by 30 days =$24 per day, or the first 8-10 dogs sold goes to Street Eats, mmmmmm! I think I would be O.K. with that.

Don't trip over pennies on the way to dollars....

Just my two cents..

Yeah the $250 seems really cheap! i'm pleased with it, this is one of the slower hardware stores in this area so my sales are a bit all over the place, BUT they are putting up a wal-mart and best buy next door within the next year, should do wonders for the store, and in turn...Me.

Bob,

$720/month rent for that much foot traffic isn't bad at all. You could easily make that much in sales in a day or two.

Sometimes you have to pay the fiddler if you want to dance.

Thanks Nathan,

You've got a great deal.

Here at my Home Depot you have to go through Street Eats.

They want $1440 + $720.00 flat rate. Like paying 3 months up front. On top of that you have to go by their rules. It is like you work for Street Eats.

Anyone else had to deal with this?

Hey Bob
This was done through the website, I sent a comment in with my suggestion. eventually the STORE MANAGER got back to me and said he wanted to do it. I never talked with any Headquarters people. Only the Manager.

Rent, After i said what i could offer, he said in an email what he wanted, he had originally said $400 a month, I countered with $250, Its been my first month done and over with and i havent paid anything yet, BUt the $250 will be do-able.
flat Rate

Thanks!
