  Hey folks, we are Webedogs in Alaska, and we thought we would give all of you a Hotdog Cart chuckle. We are new at this, and just lit off our new cart today. 30 degrees and snowing here. Some don’ts…don’t wear microfiber and down filled coats…they melt if you lean up against your fire wall or pans…don’t touch the pans or you will burn yourself…we did…don’t put your buns…bread buns that is…in a steamer pan that is hot with water…wet buns…don’t leave the buns in a plastic bag…melts…new pans needed.
  We ended up with a few dogs that tasted like microfiber, plastic and down feathers. We didn’t blow up the apartment complex…Thank you God!…and actually made some good dogs. We open April 17 at the local tire store for tire stud changeover here. Hopefully it will be in the 40′s and not snowing…we loved every second of today, and the neighbors were really excited…not so much about the dogs, but that we didn’t blow up their homes…lol Good luck to all and we’ll post more later.   Thank you for the chuckle. I’m so glad to know I’m not the only one that had problems trying to make hot dogs.
